We’re proud of our products and hope that you love them as much as we do! However, if you wish to return an item or if your goods were damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days at: hello@sheepriverhomegoods.ca so we can work to resolve the problem quickly.

HANDS ON FLORAL EVENTS

Due to prebooking and preparation for events, tickets are transferable but not refundable. If tickets are a gift or transferred to someone else, please let us know so we can update our guest list.

Events are held rain or shine, as flower arranging is done in a covered area. If severe weather is expected, we will email you with options for an alternate date or a refund. If an event must be cancelled and no alternate date is possible, tickets will be refunded. Tickets remain non-refundable if the event proceeds as scheduled.
