Once in a while there’s something that just captures your heart so unexpectedly… these fragrant sweet peas are the perfect flowers to leave a lasting impression, and I think they’ll be the most precious addition to our summer bouqu
Such a romantic setting in the gardens last evening. Melon coloured skies cast a warm glow on the sweet peas in hushed pink shades clinging along the weathered fence… these fleeting moments are my absolute favourite to capture on camera.

I’m elated with the new zinnia varieties I’ve chosen this year. From what has bloomed so far, I must say that those blush hues and that perfect vibrant ochre yellow will surely be favourites! 

On another note, I’m extremely excited
July is perfect in every way and my favourite month of the year. Bright, sunny skies in the morning fade into stormy evenings, and the gardens begin to truly flourish. The views from yesterday’s storm were breathtaking to say the least.
