CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

As soon as you place your order we start working on it right away. However, if modifications need to be made, please contact us immediately by email at hello@sheepriverhomegoods.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not already been shipped.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

Yes, we deliver to the USA.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES?

Sometimes there are customs charges on orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada. We ask you to check with your local customs authority for more information on this type of tax or duty charge.

HOW DOES THE EXCHANGE RATE WORK?

At our checkout, you will be charged in Canadian dollars, however, your local currency exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company when the payment is processed by them. 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE GOODS?

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

Absolutely! Please send us an email at hello@sheepriverhomegoods.ca as soon as the order has been placed for this option.

HOW IS PRIVACY HANDLED?

We use industry standards to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information and do not sell or share your information to any third parties. Your information is used for orders that you have placed and our newsletter.

WHAT ARE THE PILLOWS STUFFED WITH?

We use non allergenic poly fill, made in Canada.

CAN I MACHINE WASH THE PILLOWS?

Yes. Remove lavender sachet from pillow (if any) and place pillow in a mesh laundry bag. Machine wash on delicate cycle in cool water. Lay flat to dry.
